Job Title: Senior E-Billing Specialist

Ryder Reid Legal is seeking an experienced Senior E-Billing Specialist to join one of our prestigious, international law firm clients on a permanent, hybrid working basis at their London office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the submission of ebills for designated business units, locations, and platforms.
  • Review, implement, and communicate external council guidelines, including setting up structures, task & activity codes, and adding to matter plans.
  • Review disbursement constraints and onboard vendors for ebill setup.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to facilitate building rate cards and client templates.
  • Support the billing and finance teams with rate-related queries and analyze client and matter level rate information.
  • Drive analysis of client, matter, and portfolio reporting and submit review and maintain rate submissions to ebilling vendors.
  • Oversee short payment processes and coordinate appeal audits and transactions.
