About the Role

The Platform Investments Senior Analyst will be a key member of the Chief Investment Office, working closely with the Platform Investments team to drive the launch and change of funds on our Workplace Savings platform.

The role will involve:

  • Collating data, instructing new funds, and overseeing the 6-weekly fund launch cycle.
  • Collating data, instructing fund change requests, and overseeing the fund change process.
  • Active participation in fund launch and change pipeline meetings and other associated meetings.
  • Maintenance and development of core controls and processes.
  • Acting as an SME on projects and other activities across the wider team as required.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of life and pension products and investments, as well as investments operations and workplace savings.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in life and pension products and investments.
  • Good understanding of investments operations and workplace savings.
  • Strong partnering and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible agenda.
  • Strong customer focus and continuous improvement approach.
