The Client Experience (CX) team, part of the Technology & Operations organization, is responsible for operational client servicing, working closely with client businesses and teams to deliver exceptional client service experiences. Our vision is to make BlackRock easy to do business with, using optimized technology to drive growth and improve client satisfaction.

In the Client Experience Transformation (CXT) team, Business Analysts play a key role in developing strategic and tactical platform tools, including Client Experience Management, Wealth, Whole Portfolio Servicing, Digital Transformation, Client Onboarding, Reporting, and Invoicing. As a Business Analyst, you will work on strategic and tactical projects, analyzing business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement and enhancement, and designing solutions to meet business challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate business processes and requirements to identify areas for improvement or enhancement
  • Design solutions to business challenges by working closely with partners to understand their needs and translate them into functional specifications
  • Conduct and communicate data analysis to support decision-making
  • Define test strategy and maintain test cases to facilitate user acceptance and regression testing
  • Collaborate closely with team members in a multi-office, multi-country environment

Skills & Experience

  • Preferably financial services experience, ideally in investment management
  • 2-4 years experience in a Business Analyst role
  • Strong understanding of Business Analysis techniques
  • Proven track record in delivering projects and implementing solutions
