Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive the commercial performance of the boutique on a day-to-day basis while leading the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee and execute all operational responsibilities related to running the store, including managing the sales floor, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized styling advice and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Research and source products to satisfy clients' requests and needs, staying up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and luxury brands.
  • Monitor correspondence and ensure prompt responses to all client enquiries, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Contribute to and assist in Personal Shopping, Stylist, and Social Media & Marketing team events, promoting the brand and driving sales.
  • Work closely with internal departments to improve the overall customer journey and provide feedback on client trends.
  • Ensure timely outreach to all clients, maintaining a strong client base and driving repeat business.
  • Act as an advocate for Flannels, ensuring the company's philosophy is at the heart of all interactions with clients and extends across the business internally.
  • Meet and exceed yearly targets and KPIs, driving sales growth and business success.


Requirements:


  • Fashion or Marketing degree or previous experience in the luxury consumer retail sector, ideally in customer service roles.
  • Background in a retail leadership management role, with experience in managing a team and driving commercial performance.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English, along with excellent customer service, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a personal shopping/styling role is desired, along with a deep understanding of luxury goods and high-net-worth client base.
  • Strong work ethic, with the ability to think outside the box and problem-solve to strict deadlines.
  • Eye for detail and outstanding organizational skills, with proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, CMS, CRM, and clienteling systems.
  • Hyper-interest in global fashion trends and the luxury market, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business success.
