Conference Producer

We are seeking a highly skilled Conference Producer to join our team at Multiple Brands B2B Conferences in multiple brands of emap. As a Conference Producer, you will be responsible for producing industry-leading, commercially viable repeat conferences and events.
Key Responsibilities- Research and analyze the feasibility of repeat events to identify new topic ideas and validate existing ones.
- Manage advisory boards and work with key industry figures to determine the validity of topics, key themes, format, speakers, competitor landscape, timing, price point, and location.
- Develop session formats appropriate to the demands of the delegate audience and conduct detailed research to brief the wider team on essential information about the key industry issues, market, and event.
- Project manage the production of industry-leading events to deadline, including writing topical and commercially viable conference programs, inviting and confirming high-level speakers, and working with marketing to create copy for emails, website, and brochures.
- Prior to each event, hold briefing calls with chairs, speakers, and panellists to confirm details of their sessions.
- At least one year of experience in producing commercial conferences.
- Proven research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and decide the direction of a topic.
- Proactive and self-starter, with excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and balance multiple tasks and people.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong personal relationships with team members and external stakeholders.
- A clear understanding of the commercial business practices that underpin conferences.
