We are seeking a skilled Conference Producer to join our team at Multiple Brands B2B Conferences in multiple brands of emap. As a Conference Producer, you will be responsible for producing industry-leading, commercially viable repeat conferences and events.
Key Responsibilities- Research and analyze the feasibility of repeat events
- Manage advisory boards and validate new topic ideas
- Develop session formats and content for conferences
- Project manage the production of events to deadline
- Work with marketing to create promotional materials and copy
- At least one year of experience in producing commercial conferences
- Proven research and analytical skills
- Proactive and self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
