Early Years Care Specialist

GSL Education - Chelmsford is committed to delivering exceptional education and care services to young children in our community. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Teaching Assistant to join our team.
As a Nursery Teaching Assistant, you will play a critical role in shaping the educational journey of our youngest students. You will assist the lead teacher in designing and implementing engaging curricula, promoting active learning, and fostering a love for discovery among our charges.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Support the creation of a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Participate in regular observations and assessments of children's development, contributing valuable insights to inform future planning.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and maintain a culture of excellence in teaching and learning.
- A Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and its principles is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and caring approach to working with children.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and education.
