Senior Animal Care Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Animal Care Specialist to lead our small animal surgery at bvsjobs.co - Jobboard. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the surgery, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, and leading a team of veterinary professionals.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of UK (or equivalent) small animal experience, practicing to a very high standard using an evidence-based approach. They will be responsible for implementing best practices, managing staff, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary up to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including:
- 5 weeks' annual leave plus bank holidays
- 4-day working week with 1:3 weekends
- 4 weeks' paid sabbatical (after each 5 years of service)
