About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practitioner Psychologist to join our Clinical Wellbeing team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our pupils, working collaboratively with other clinicians to provide holistic, therapeutic support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hold a caseload of pupils, working closely with other clinicians to develop and implement individualized plans
  • Contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice, sharing your expertise and knowledge to enhance the skills of the team
  • Collect and analyze data to inform service delivery, development, and project work, using your skills in data management to drive positive outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with the Clinical Locality Lead and Head of Clinical Operations (South) to develop and implement clinical provision in line with neurodiversity and intersectionality affirming therapeutic support
Requirements
  • Doctoral level degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counselling, Forensic, Educational)
  • Registered with the HCPC and own professional body
  • Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and working with people who have an intellectual disability and/or autism with additional needs
  • Demonstrable ability to lead and manage strategically, with a strong track record of driving transformational change
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a range of key partners, including pupils, families, and other professionals
  • Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the setting, with a commitment to staying up-to-date with best practice and research
