About the Role

Cygnet Hospital Grange and Lodge, a leading provider of neuropsychiatric rehabilitation services, is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and treatment to individuals affected by acquired brain injuries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans to address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based interventions and promote optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement group programs to foster social skills, cognitive function, and emotional well-being.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service-wide policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • British Psychological Society (BPS) accreditation.
  • Experience working in healthcare, preferably in a neuropsychiatric rehabilitation setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
