We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant, supporting the Health Records Management team at University Hospital Crosshouse.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Health Records Management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Prepare correspondence, meeting notes, and other documents for manager's signature, maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage human resource aspects, including staff recruitment, changes to terms and conditions, and terminations, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Offer guidance on health records secondary storage systems, ensuring efficient and secure data management.
To succeed in this role, you will require a HNC or relevant secretarial qualification, as well as extensive management team-level secretarial experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams, is essential.
Working ArrangementsThis is a full-time position, working 37 hours per week. The hours of duty are Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4.15pm, and Friday, 8am to 3.45pm.
