This permanent opportunity has arisen to join the Occupational Health Team as an Administrator at University Hospital Crosshouse. As a key member of the team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to defined staff, including Occupational Health Physicians, Nurses, and Allied Health Professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality administrative services, ensuring seamless clinic organization and departmental activity.
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels with staff, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.
- Collaborate with the Occupational Health Team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with NHS Scotland policies and procedures.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- A driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
