We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Support Officer to provide personal assistant support to the Integration Manager within Midlothian Health & Social Care Partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Integration Manager's diary and ensure seamless communication with the team
- Prepare and circulate meeting papers, take minutes, and follow up on action points
- Provide general administrative support to the executive manager and their service leads as required
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal colleagues, managers, and external organizations
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a well-coordinated and efficient service is provided
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant to an Executive Management/Senior Management Team
- Excellent time management, prioritization, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and demands
- Proficiency in using NHS Lothian and Midlothian Council systems
Working Arrangements:
- Office-based within Midlothian with remote working opportunities
- Normal business hours, Monday-Friday
