Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, plus benefits that include access to our career development programs, free meals, and a 20% discount on all Young's pubs and hotels.

Job Responsibilities

  • To provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all guests;
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards;
  • To engage with customers, responding to their needs and preferences to ensure a memorable experience;
  • To participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge;
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, as required.

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is desirable but not essential.
