Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our UK Technical Engineering Team. The role will involve providing aftersales and technical support to our growing dealer network, as well as on-site installation, diagnosis, and repair of equipment.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our business. As a Product Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring all customer issues are satisfactorily resolved and obtaining feedback proactively. You will also liaise with Combilift support functions regarding issues identified in the field and demonstrate outstanding customer service through high-quality support and integrity at the customer's premises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide aftersales and technical support to the dealer network.
  • On-site installation, diagnosis, and repair of equipment.
  • Ensure all customer issues are satisfactorily resolved.
  • Liaise with Combilift support functions regarding issues identified in the field.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need mechanical/engineering/hydraulic/electrical knowledge and experience, as well as good communication skills. Ability to work both individually and as part of a team is essential, and occasional overnight stays may be required. IT skills are also necessary, and light welding ability is an advantage but not essential.
