Overview of the role

The role is hybrid working with 3 days in the office or on-site visits (Redditch, Manchester & Stoke), and 2 days working from home

Main Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to provide specialist technical support for the assigned business areas.
- Take part in every stage of product deployment life cycle (analysis, configuration, installation, testing and maintenance).
- Liaise with 3rd party vendors while trouble shooting complex, escalated user/business area issues.
- Manage 3rd line support and service requests to agreed service levels.
- Use appropriate software tools to diagnose user logged technical issues and problems and communication of the outcome.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of procedures, service catalogues and support documentation.
- Proactively seek to drive efficiencies or identify opportunities to deliver an enhanced service to business areas.
