**About the Job:**
Leader Recruitment Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead a 2-bed home for children with Emotional and Behavioural Disorders in Manchester.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the home, ensuring compliance with OFSTED regulations and maintaining high standards of care.
About You:
- You have previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children's residential setting.
- You possess strong knowledge of OFSTED regulations and a track record of successful inspections.
- You have experience working with children with learning disabilities.
- You are an excellent leader, communicator, and organiser with a commitment to providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children.
The Role Includes:
- Leading and developing a team of care staff to provide high-quality care tailored to the individual needs of each child.
- Overseeing the day-to-day management of the home, including budgeting, staffing, and care planning.
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and external agencies.
- Driving continuous improvement and ensuring the home meets and exceeds regulatory standards.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
