We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Registered Manager to take on a leadership role within our care services team.

As a Healthcare Leadership Opportunity, you will be responsible for driving growth and development within the organisation, while also ensuring the highest standards of care are met.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in social work and team management, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth and development within the organisation
  • Ensure residents receive Ofsted standard care
  • Supervise staff and develop their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Level 5 health and social care qualification
  • Level 3 health and social care qualification
  • Familiarity with Ofsted regulations

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is estimated at £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, based on location and experience. You will also receive a comprehensive package of benefits, including employee benefits scheme, gym memberships, and 28 holidays per year.
