Job Description

We are seeking a senior manager to lead our public health services team in the North West region. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple specialist teams, each with its own service manager, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple teams and leading change initiatives, with strong leadership and communication skills. You will be able to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including commissioners and third-party providers, and have a deep understanding of public health services and healthcare policies.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will need to demonstrate a passion for delivering high-quality services, with excellent governance oversight, and be committed to further developing and extending our services. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple specialist teams, each with its own service manager, across a wide region.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve public health outcomes and service delivery.

  • Ensure high-quality service delivery, meeting regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous annual leave allowance.
