Job Title: Care Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Assist clients with medication management and ensure they take their prescribed medications on time.
  • Observe and report any changes in clients' health or behaviour to supervisors or healthcare professionals.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as feeding, mobility, and transferring from bed to chair.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging them in conversation and recreational activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being.
