Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Eastern Office in Spalding, Lincolnshire. As a 360 recruiter, you will be responsible for sales and service, working closely with our established desk and small team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build upon our established business and grow across the East of England, including Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, and surrounding areas.
  • Work in the Driving, Industrial, Food & Field markets, leveraging our established client base and network.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on new business development and margin growth.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the team, sharing knowledge and best practices.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive basic salary, negotiable starting from £28,000 for a Recruitment Consultant up to £35,000 for a Senior Recruitment Consultant.

Requirements:
  • Experienced Recruiters used to working in a Recruitment Agency Office as a 360 recruiter.
  • Experience working in the Industrial & Warehousing Recruitment Market as a Consultant/Senior Consultant.
  • A clear understanding of Recruitment Legislation.
  • The ambition to grow your desk/division through warm and new sales leads.
  • Laptop & Phone.
  • The will to succeed with support from Management Team.
  • The ability to travel to client premises, ie own car - expenses paid. Fuel card provided.
