Assistant Care Leader

You will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining individual care and support plans, ensuring that residents are encouraged to reach their optimum level of independence. You will also provide residents and relatives with an effective communication network and manage a team of Care Assistants.
The ideal candidate will have an NVQ / QCF Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards this qualification. They will also have experience in managing a team within a similar environment and exceptional communication skills.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £15.07 per hour (£29,466 pa, pro rata of FTE) plus an excellent benefits package which includes:
