Care Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Community Care Worker to join our team in Clay Cross, covering weekend shifts. As a Community Care Worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to residents in their own homes, providing support with personal care, light domestic duties, and medication administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver scheduled visits to residents, providing personal care, light domestic duties, and basic meal preparation
- Administer medication as required, including prompted and assisted medicating
- Complete MARs and maintain accurate records
- Work flexible hours, including weekends, with a focus on delivering high-quality care
Requirements:
- 2 years of professional referencing, including 1 from your most recent employer
- In-date mandatory training certificates, including Practical Moving and Handling
- Enhanced DBS certificate dated within the past 4 months or registered on the Update Service
- Minimum 12 months paid UK work experience in a care home or nursing home setting
- Full, up-to-date CV with a minimum of 5 years of employment history
