About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Fundraising Executive to spearhead our fundraising efforts. As a key member of our team, you will develop and lead a comprehensive fundraising strategy, driving growth through innovative campaigns, events, and partnerships.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership: Design and execute a forward-thinking fundraising plan, aligning with our organisational goals and ensuring a diverse income base.
  2. Campaign Development: Oversee high-impact fundraising campaigns, delivering compelling messages and achieving clear financial targets.
  3. Event Leadership: Organise engaging fundraising events, fostering community involvement and generating vital funds for our work.
  4. Budget and Resource Management: Effectively manage the fundraising budget, maximising income generation while optimising resource allocation.
  5. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all fundraising activities adhere to relevant legislation and best practices, providing regular reports on fundraising performance and opportunities.

About You

We are looking for an individual with a deep understanding of fundraising, combined with the passion to drive our vital work forward. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in a senior fundraising role, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies across multiple income streams.
