Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Development Officer to join our team at the John Innes Centre.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the new fundraising function for the JIC/TSL Next Generation Infrastructure (NGI) Project, its HP3 vision, and aligned strategic activities.

You will be responsible for coordinating and implementing development initiatives, managing donor relationships, prospect research, donor stewardship, desk-based research, donor database management, donor event delivery, report generation, and being the team's administrator and managing the Director of Development's calendar.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a streamlined programme that delivers philanthropic income to the John Innes Centre.

Estimated salary: £36,000 - £41,000 per annum depending on qualifications and experience.
