We are seeking skilled and caring individuals to join our team as Healthcare Assistants in nursing and residential homes in Watford.
Salary Range: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Your role as a Healthcare Assistant will involve supporting patients with their daily needs, including moving and handling, personal care, and serving meals. You will also provide emotional support and comfort to those in need.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to medical staff
- Assist patients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet the needs of patients and colleagues
