Junior / Graduate Power Platform Developer - Hampshire / Hybrid

**Reporting to the Director of Technology & Innovation**
The Power Platform Developer will take responsibility for managing and improving our group-wide Power Platform strategy. If you are organised, able to work solo and as part of a team and manage projects, we want to hear from you.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and build new and replacement solutions using the Power Platform and the wider Microsoft 365 ecosystem and associated technologies.
- Develop custom connectors for APIs for other software products for use within platforms.
- Provide excellent customer service, working with key stakeholders to define requirements and manage end-user rollout and training.
- Stay on top of technology trends and developments.
- Work with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues and queries.
- Manage an incident queue to ensure service availability is maintained, keeping customers informed of progress on their issue.
- Proactively suggest improvements to internal processes and procedures where relevant, as well as follow best practice in all development.
- Work solo as well as provide support to other team members by sharing resources and knowledge.
- Upgrade the system as required by the growing needs of the business.
- Manage a list of user development requests, ensuring a log of priorities and ROI to the business.
- Develop using established best practice.
- Own the licencing and cost of the Power Platform with regular reporting to management.
- Be available for out-of-hours support.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, preferably 2 years of previous experience.
- Previous experience in a Support environment.
- Strong understanding of Power Platform, DataVerse, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dynamics.
- Proven ability to create professional Canvas and Model Power Apps with attractive user interfaces, associated views, forms, business rules, relationships, and process flows.
- Develop, manage, and maintain the project lifecycle from concept, creation, deployment, and ongoing administration.
- The motivation and enthusiasm to take ownership and responsibility.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and to tight deadlines.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Experience of handling customer complaints effectively.
