We are seeking a recent Psychology Graduate to join our team as a Teaching Assistant in a special needs school in the Hampshire area. No prior experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify students’ strengths, challenges, and developmental needs, and adapt support accordingly.
- Help students navigate their academic environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create a supportive and inclusive environment for students.
- Effectively communicate with pupils and staff.
- Show empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
Requirements:
- Recent Psychology Graduate with a DBS certificate or willing to apply for one.
Location: Hampshire
Salary: £83.34 per day with potential for more depending on school expectation.
