Administrative Support Assistant

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our site team. Key responsibilities include:
• Managing documents and reports
• Handling telephone enquiries and diary management
• Processing expenses and orders
• Meeting and greeting visitors
• Managing petty cash and client funds
• Supporting with site recruitment administration
• Preparing for meetings and taking minutes
About You
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent customer service skills, the ability to work in a team and use your own initiative, strong numeracy skills and the ability to perform clerical duties. Previous experience in an administrative role and knowledge of payroll systems would be beneficial.
