Job Overview
The Customer Service/Sales Specialist will sell, develop, and provide proactive technical, logistic, administrative, and financial support for the completion of sales orders. The role involves giving support to the order management team and having contact with new and existing customers to provide a superior level of customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities
- Follow up on sales made by the Sales department and conduct additional sales in the specialization to the customer
- Investigate and analyze the possible needs of customers and prospects to provide service and develop/support sales in the specialization
- Approach customers and prospects to sell and inform them about new developments in the Hyva product range of their specialization
- Support the internal order management team in regard to commercial and technical questions
- Ensure correct provision of information in regard to administrative completions of sales orders, such as processing in the ERP system
- Monitor the inventory, forecast, and supply chain in relation to delivery times and inform the customer
- Respond to complaints, ensuring provision of information to After Sales if necessary and following up on solutions
- Work in conjunction with the Finance department in regard to late payments and delivery stoppage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a technical business field
- Experience in a similar position working in an aftermarket supplier/automotive distributor is an advantage
- Technical background with understanding of the regional and national automotive aftermarket market
