Swim Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swim Team Leader to join our team at We Are Swim. As a Swim Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading our swimming programs, ensuring the safety and well-being of our swimmers, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead swimming programs for children and adults, including learn-to-swim lessons and aquatic fitness classes
- Ensure the safety and well-being of swimmers, including conducting risk assessments and implementing safety protocols
- Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with the swim team to develop and implement new programs and services
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the aquatic center
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a swimming or aquatic-related role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of swimming techniques and safety protocols
- First aid and CPR certification
