Swim Team Leader Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swim Team Leader to join our team at We Are Swim. As a Swim Team Leader, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the safe provision of our swimming lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to children and adults
  • Supervise the pool and ensure the safe provision of equipment and facilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to swimmers and their families
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of swimming programs and initiatives
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to deliver a premium experience
  • Ensure the centre is clean and safe for all users and staff
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service focused and committed to delivering high standards
  • Ability to work in an active and energetic sporting environment
  • Reasonable swimming ability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
