Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Sciensus. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality care to patients with long-term conditions, rare diseases, and cancer in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

  • To administer a range of haematological and solid tumour chemotherapy treatments as defined in the patient's care plan
  • To maintain up-to-date knowledge and demonstrate expertise in chemotherapy administration
  • To build long-lasting relationships with patients, carers, and stakeholders to support treatment and recovery
  • To document all clinical data and report adverse drug events via the correct protocol

Requirements:

  • RGN or RSCN qualification and registration with the NMC
  • Able to travel throughout a regional area to visit patients at home
  • Full UK driving licence essential

  • An estimated salary of £38,480 - £42,640 per annum
