Geriatric Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Peripatetic Nurse to join our team. As a Peripatetic Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents and leading a team of healthcare professionals.
Main Duties- Provide high-quality clinical care to residents
- Develop and implement care plans
- Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge and skills
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
- A teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
