Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Anaesthetic Theatre Nurse to join our team at Interact Medical. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong clinical skills and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing theatre nursing services to patients undergoing anaesthesia in our operating theatres. This includes preparing patients for surgery, administering anaesthetics, and monitoring patients during procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing exceptional patient care and support throughout the surgical process
  • Preparing patients for surgery by conducting pre-operative assessments and administering medications as required
  • Administering anaesthetics and monitoring patients during procedures
  • Collaborating with anaesthetists and surgeons to ensure smooth and safe surgical processes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant nursing qualification (e.g., RN or EN)
  • Current registration with the relevant professional body
  • Experience working in a theatre setting, preferably in an anaesthetic environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • An ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
