The Role:
We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic, and person-centered individual to join our Schools Management leadership team (Fixed Term 1 year) and NEET Management team (Until December). The ideal candidate will have experience in a leadership or coordination role and be passionate about teaching and learning, curriculum innovation, and ensuring learners reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with curriculum management, quality assurance, budgeting, staff deployment, performance management, and learner management.
- Support managers in ensuring high-quality teaching, learning, and outcomes within respective areas.
- Support the manager to embed a consistent approach to learner management.
- Represent the college in various stakeholder groups and networks.
About You:
- Recognized teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent)
- Degree or equivalent relevant qualification
- Knowledge of current issues facing FE colleges, including curriculum developments, with a strong appreciation of school curriculum and the NEET agenda.
- Knowledge of developing curriculum to enhance progression and employability prospects.
- Experience of leading projects or teams.
