Origins - Store Manager Opportunity in Leicester - 37.5 HoursPosition Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Manager to lead our team in Leicester. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing day-to-day operations. With a passion for retail and a flair for business planning, this role is ideal for an ambitious individual looking to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities: As our ideal candidate, you will have experience in managing a team, driving sales and customer service targets, and creating in-store events. You will be responsible for recruiting and retaining customers through strategic targeting and impactful marketing initiatives. You will also lead a high-performing team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure they reach their full potential.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets. You will also need to have experience in business planning, including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling. Additionally, you will need to have previous experience in retail operations, including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience with retail point-of-sale software.

Benefits: We offer a competitive remuneration and benefits package, including a salary of around £35,000 to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.   • Proven retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to provide inspirational and personalized customer service
  • Previous business planning experience, including setting sales and customer service targets
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management
  • Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Ability to work variable hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
