Job Description

Job Title: Volunteer Van Driver

Job Summary: We are seeking reliable and compassionate volunteer drivers to transport individuals with learning disabilities and autism to appointments and social activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a specially adapted van to transport individuals to and from appointments and social activities.
  • Develop a positive and supportive relationship with the individuals being transported.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of the individuals being transported.
  • Communicate effectively with the individuals being transported and their support teams.

Requirements:

  • A full clean driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
