We are seeking reliable and kind-hearted individuals to join our team as Van Driver Volunteers. As a Van Driver Volunteer, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of people with learning disabilities and autism, who may also have sight loss.
About the RoleThis role involves driving a specially adapted van to transport individuals to and from appointments and to places they enjoy visiting. We are looking for drivers for various time slots, including 1.5-3 hours per week, and approximately 3 hours on Thursdays at 8:30.
Requirements- To be a confident driver with a full clean driver's licence.
- To be kind, friendly, empathetic, and patient.
- To have a good sense of humour and love to chat.
- To be reliable and punctual.
Please note that you must be over the age of 18 to apply for this role.
