As a Van Driver Volunteer, you will be responsible for driving a specially adapted van to transport individuals to and from appointments and to places they enjoy visiting. This role requires a confident driver with a full clean driver's licence, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a specially adapted van to transport individuals to and from appointments and to places they enjoy visiting.
  • Develop strong relationships with the individuals you support, providing a safe and supportive environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the Volunteering Team to ensure the smooth delivery of services.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Full clean driver's licence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
