Key Responsibilities

  • Assist management in achieving store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support team members as needed, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Maintain store appearance, including merchandising and product displays.
  • Process stock deliveries and transfers, ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Address customer queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive shopping experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Methodical approach to tasks, with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
