About the Role:

The Senior Information Security Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Implementing and maintaining security controls to protect our systems and data from cyber threats.
  • Conducting security risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Developing and implementing security policies to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, FCA, and PRA.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of our business.
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies to ensure our security measures are effective.

Requirements:

  • Experience with security frameworks and standards such as PCI-DSS, UK Financial Services regulatory requirements, and ISO27001/2 or NIST.
  • Cyber security experience with IAM/PAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Thycotic.
  • Understanding of IAM frameworks and standards.
  • Experience implementing strong authentication, authorization, and accounting controls.
  • Experience with directory services such as Active Directory, LDAP, and Azure AD.

Desirable:

  • Security-related qualification such as CISSP, CISA/M, or SANS GIAC.
