Job Title: Lead Information Security Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Information Security Analyst to join our team at Sainsbury's. As a key member of our Information Security team, you will be responsible for managing and resolving complex business and technical issues related to information security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical, procedural, and policy advice to business stakeholders and engineers
  • Review requests to ensure compliance with company policy and best security practices
  • Conduct in-depth risk assessments and threat modeling
  • Present findings to management and recommend solutions
  • Advocate for innovative security solutions
  • Mentor and educate junior and senior colleagues
  • Lead strategic initiatives to ensure cybersecurity is integrated across the business
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in information or cyber security
  • Strong technical understanding of security and ability to design and build secure systems
  • Experience working in a hybrid on-premises Active Directory-Microsoft Entra domain services environment
  • Clear understanding of common Identity and Access Management topics
  • Familiarity with common Mobile Device and Endpoint Management solutions
  • Ability to understand and assess integrations between systems
  • Strong analytical and report writing skills
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Graduate in computer science or cybersecurity
  • One or more of the following security qualifications: CompTIA Security+, GIAC GX-CS, OSCP
  • One or more of the following technical qualifications: Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist, CompTIA Linux+
