Senior Cyber Security Analyst - Information & Identity Management

Coventry Building Society is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cyber Security Analyst to join our expanding Cyber team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving security best practices as we continue to expand our use of cloud technologies and embark on digital transformation initiatives.

This role will require the Senior Cyber Security Analyst to influence security practices, shaping the future of Coventry Building Society for years to come. As a guardian of our technological transformation, the successful candidate will ensure robust security measures are in place, aligned with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, FCA, and PRA.

Working in a product-based agile model, the Senior Cyber Security Analyst will advise on the application of identity and access management security controls and policies for business initiatives, addressing any risks and implementing new operational controls and processes where necessary.

About the Role

To be successful in this role, you'll be an experienced IT Security professional with a strong background in identity and access management. You'll be driven, flexible, and passionate about joining our financial services team.

You'll have an in-depth understanding of IAM frameworks and standards, with experience in IAM/PAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Thycotic. As one of the largest building societies in the UK, we're committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.
