Role Overview

As a Service and Maintenance Technician, you will handle repair and servicing tasks for a diverse array of catering equipment, including dishwashers, ware-washers, ovens, mixers, and various food and beverage preparation machines. You will work closely with our Dispatcher to enhance productivity and service effectiveness, attend essential meetings, and participate in training sessions to stay ahead in your field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and servicing tasks for catering equipment, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
  • Conduct warranty checks, manage installations of new equipment, and perform planned contract maintenance.
  • Manage van stock levels, order spare parts, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements

You must have a solid electrical foundation, evidenced by a recognised qualification such as City and Guilds, NVQ Level 2, or equivalent Armed Forces training. Extensive industry experience coupled with specific manufacturer training may also meet this requirement.
