About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Building Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Building Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out plumbing, electrical, and mechanical plant works at various locations.
- Prioritising and completing minor maintenance and repair work to agreed timescales.
- Completing all necessary PPMs and reactive maintenance schedules within agreed timescales.
- Responding to service call requests and assessing requirements to carry out repairs.
- Ensuring necessary tools and equipment are available and serviceable.
Requirements
- Prior experience in building maintenance required.
- Good PC skills required.
- Full driving license essential.
What We Offer
A competitive salary of £39,000 - £43,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a company car, pension scheme, 33 days holiday, and overtime available.
