Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Repair Specialist to join our team at PDA Search and Selection Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing minor planned and reactive maintenance works at ASDA stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Maintenance Technician in completion of minor works.
- Carry out minor planned and reactive maintenance works.
- Complete and close Reactive Jobs & PPMs on City supplied Device/Tablet.
- Assist with plumbing, including unblocking drains and sinks, and performing maintenance.
- Cary out joinery tasks, including wall and floor repairs, and furniture moving.
- Perform planned maintenance tasks, including weekly fire alarm testing and hand pallet truck checks.
Requirements:
- Own vehicle for travel.
- Driving License Essential.
- Joinery/ Building experience preferred, but not essential.
Salary and Benefits: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum. This is a competitive salary based on your experience and qualifications.
