Part Time Client Services Coordinator Role
We are seeking a talented Part Time Client Services Coordinator to join our team based in Darwen. As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for day-to-day administration from clients, providers, and other internal and external sources.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding to queries from clients and insurers in a pro-active manner.
- Coordinating administration of schemes, including invoicing, membership data, claims data, and communication material.
- Ensuring that any correspondence received and issued is checked for discrepancies and challenged as appropriate.
- Ensuring that client records and our in-house system are always up to date.
The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organisational and time management skills, and strong Microsoft package ability. They will also have a customer-centric approach, be efficient, and reliable.
