Senior Role Description

This is a senior full-time position that involves managing day-to-day activities related to business relationship management, analytics, account and content management, and team leadership within the OTA customer segment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Leading, coaching, and growing the account management team in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strategy Development: Developing and implementing account management strategies to drive revenue growth and identify new business opportunities in the global travel industry.
  • Goal Setting: Setting department goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
  • Budget Management: Managing budgets and resources effectively.
  • Performance Oversight: Overseeing team performance and growth.
  • Client Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong client relationships with expertise in business relationship management, account management, and team management skills.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identifying up-selling and cross-selling opportunities for the company's products and services.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensuring client needs are met and exceeding their expectations through excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Department Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments, such as sales, marketing, payment, and product to achieve common goals.

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
