Warranty Coordinator

Our client, a global manufacturer based in Dorking, is seeking a skilled Warranty Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the ever-growing team, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving warranty claims efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process warranty claims and customer complaints from initial receipt to completion.
  • Communicate with customers to provide updates on warranty claims.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement corrective actions to improve product quality.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding warranty coverage and terms.
  • Manage the return process for defective materials from suppliers, customers, and distributors.
  • Perform other duties as required by the company.
Desirable Attributes:
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Proficiency in using SAP software is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a coordinator role.
  • Willingness to take ownership and contribute to the team's success.
